New Oporto store opened Friday!
Wantirna locals can now enjoy the taste of Bondi with the launch of the new Oporto store, the first drive thru Oporto store in Victoria. Australian-owned Oporto specialises in fresh grilled chicken and chicken burgers. It is renowned for using the freshest ingredients supplied by some of Australia’s leading brands.
The menu board includes everything from the famous chicken burgers through to the rappas, breakfast menu, char-grilled chicken, salads and more.
The Wantirna Hills store is located on the corner Stud Rd and Mountain Hwy. The exterior and interior is distinctly Oporto branded, recognizable by the welcoming sun logo. The store offers the convenience of a drive thru and a comfortable dining room to sit and enjoy the Oporto authentic taste.
Franchisee, Reshmi Nair is excited to be bringing the famous Oporto fresh grilled taste to Wantirna Hills and could not wait to open the doors. This store is the 2nd Oporto store for Reshmi, opening Oporto Macquarie shopping Centre in 2001.
“I am extremely excited to open the Oporto store at Wantirna Hills and to be relocating here. The first time I tried Oporto we loved the unique fresh grilled flavour and we know the people of Wantirna Hills will rave about it too” Reshmi said.

Oporto currently has over 130 stores throughout Australia, New Zealand and UK, planning to open more stores in 2010.
