Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all permanent residents of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and SA. The Promoter and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are ineligible.
3. Eligible participants will be required to complete and submit an entry form online at www.oporto.com.au/streetcrew between 9th November 2009 and 28th March 2010. (Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible).
4. The competition commences on 9th November 2009 at 10.00am (AEST) and concludes on 28th March 2010 at 4.00pm (AEST).
5. Their will be a winner each month for the duration of the promotion. Winners will be drawn at 12pm on the second Wednesday of each month proceeding the month of November (drawn 9th December), December (drawn 13th January), January (drawn 10th February), February (drawn 10th March) and March (drawn 14th April) at Oporto Franchising, Level 5, 619 Pacific Highway St Leonards NSW 2065.
6. The first valid entry drawn each month will each win a Limited Edition Oporto Mini-Mal Surf Board valued at $599 each. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Delivery of the prize will be via registered mail.
7. The total prize pools are valued at $2995.
8. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, must be taken as offered and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by The Promoter then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
11. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parents or legal guardian.
12. If the prize(s) is not claimed by 19th July 2010, the Promoter shall conduct such further draws as may be deemed necessary at 12pm at Oporto Franchising, Level 5, 619 Pacific Highway St Leonards NSW 2065, on 20th July 2009 to distribute any prize(s) unclaimed by that date. Any winners will be notified by mail and published on the Oporto website at www.oporto.com.au/streetcrew within 72 hours of each monthly draw.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants will be asked at the time of entry if they wish to 'opt-in' to receive further information from the Promoter and all entrants who 'opt-in' will be entered into a database. The Promoter may use the names, addresses and telephone numbers of those entrants for future promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. Any request to access or update the information that the Promoter holds on your should be made to the Promoter's Privacy Officer at the address set out below.
14. The Promoter is Oporto Franchising Pty Ltd of Level 5, 619 Pacific Highway, St Leonards NSW 2065 (ABN 86 083 011 349).
