Flame Rewards Scheduled Maintenance
Please be advised that Flame Rewards will undergo essential maintenance from 10:00pm AEST on Monday, 10 May until 10:00am on Tuesday, 11 May.
During this time, loyalty dollars and voucher redemptions will be unavailable.
Flame Rewards app and physical cards can still be scanned, and any loyalty dollars earned during the outage period will be added to your account within 24 hours.
Please note, we won’t be able to identify accounts via mobile number. So, if you’re unable to scan your app or card, please retain your receipt and contact us at https://feedback.oporto.com.au
