    • How can I order and receive my food without direct contact?

      If you are unable to leave your home for your fave Oporto feed, our delivery partners, UberEats, Menulog, Deliveroo and DoorDash are all offering contactless delivery.

      If you are planning to visit us in-store, Menulog and DoorDash offer pre-ordering and pick-up in-store. To further minimise direct contact, cashless payments are preferred during this time.

      Our Team Members will also continue to use gloves to prepare all orders, and our cashiers will be sanitising and washing their hands frequently.

    • How can Flame Rewards Members order take away online and pick-up in-store?

      At this stage, Flame Rewards Members are not able to pre-order via the Oporto app – rest assured, we are working on this for the future.
      In the meantime you can come in and take away from our stores or order via our delivery partners.

    • Can I earn or redeem Flame Rewards Dollars on my delivery or pre-order purchases?

      We understand how important it is for you to be able to earn and redeem loyalty dollars on your purchases. Unfortunately, we are unable to integrate Flame Rewards with delivery or pre-orders.
      To help you retain your membership tier, we have extended your Flame Rewards status until further notice.

    • Will I lose my Flame Rewards status?

      We understand how important it is for you to enjoy the benefits of being a Flame Rewards Member, especially if you have been trying to visit Oporto regularly to build your membership status. However, we recognise that the current situation may limit the ability to retain your membership tier. We have extended your Flame Rewards status until further notice.

    • What if I want to move up to the next Flame Rewards tier but am unable to visit in-store?

      At this stage, we are unable to integrate Flame Rewards with delivery or pre-orders. Although we have extended all Flame Rewards statuses until further notice, we understand that the current situation may limit the ability to move up to the next tier. We are grateful for your support during this time, and are working on a way to show our thanks when this is all of this is over.
